Thanks for your interest in being a vendor at the Sprout Swap. Here are some things you should know:

Costs

There is a vendor fee of $45 for one table at the Swap. The Friday night presale is optional and included in the cost. We provide a 8′ x 6′ space. You must bring your own tables or displays.

Raffle

We ask each vendor to provide a raffle item with a value of at least $15. We use these raffle items for two purposes:

  1. To drive attendees to your table – Each shopper is provided a “passport” that they can complete by visiting each vendor. When they complete their passport by visiting everyone, they get one free raffle ticket to enter into the drawing. Also, we give you raffle tickets to give away to your customers making purchases or appointments. This encourages shoppers to visit all of our vendors.
  2. To raise money for Cloth Diaper Connection – At checkout, we sell additional raffle tickets to help raise money for Cloth Diaper Connection. Your raffle item is helping to get more families into cloth diapers!

Advertising

We want you to be successful at the Swap, so we’ll ask for a website and image/logo to share on our website and on social media. Once your application is accepted, we’ll post your information on the vendor list on our website so everyone will know that you’re coming. The sooner you get in your application, the sooner we can start advertising for you!

Vendor Selection

We do our best to present a variety of family-friendly businesses at our event. We reserve the right to cancel applications for vendors that are not a good fit for our audience or overlap too much with the goods/services provided by another vendor.

Initial applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. All vendors should receive an email confirming their participation prior to March 30th, 2018.

The full application is below. Payment is due with your application, we will not reserve a space for you if payment hasn’t been arranged. If you are not accepted as a vendor, we will issue a full refund. If you need to cancel your vendor registration, we will refund 80% of your fee. Have questions?
